 Ira Aspiz has been practicing as an attorney since 1981. After graduating from Loyola University Law School (Los Angeles), he practiced law in California and in Florida. He is a member of the State Bar of California. His practice is limited to Immigration Law. He has previously practiced Family Law, and has expertise in that field, as well. From 2001-2013, he was employed by the USCIS (Immigration) Asylum Office where he served as a Supervisory Asylum Officer (from 2004-2013), in which capacity he supervised, trained, and evaluated Asylum Officers.

He was frequently involved in the training of Immigration Officers nationally, and he served as an author of portions of the Asylum Officer Lesson Plans (the training manual for asylum officers). He has extensive experience in representing clients in Administrative Proceedings, Court Hearings, Appeals, Overseas Processing, and every visa imaginable. He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association Immigration Section. He has worked with high profile clients from a large number of countries. He takes a special interest in asylum cases because of their unique challenges. Most of his clients are referred by other attorneys, and by satisfied clients. Although he has had many clients during his many years of practice, he prides himself on the individual, careful attention he pays to each client he sees. 

 Lewis Jubran practice focuses on Immigration Law, and he has effectively represented and worked with clients to achieve their goals under U.S. immigration laws.

Lewis handles a wide variety of immigration matters, including family-based and employment-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, citizenship and asylum. He appears extensively at USCIS interviews and before Immigration Courts throughout the U.S. He is focused on helping you efficiently navigate through your immigration journey while he provides his knowledge to ensure that your experience is handled with professionalism and dignity. Lewis received his Master’s in Law (LL.M) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2012, he received his Juris Doctor degree from American College of Law in 2011. He graduated from the California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is admitted to practice in District of Columbia.

 Michael S. Terry has been licensed by the State Bar of Nevada since 2010. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 1989. In 1990 he received a Master of Philosophy Degree from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. In 1994 he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Ohio Northern University.

From 1995 to 2010 he was employed as a litigation paralegal for both plaintiff and defense law firms in Los Angeles County and Orange County, California. In those roles, he was heavily involved in the prosecution and defense of personal injury claims and insurance bad faith claims with a focus of their preparation for arbitration hearings and trials.

From 2010 to 2017, he was self-employed and practiced consumer protection law in Las Vegas, Nevada. In that role, he engaged in supervised mediations with commercial lenders to modify residential mortgages as well as foreclosure defense and bankruptcy law on behalf of individuals and small businesses.

He was employed at United States Citizenship and Immigration Services from 2017 to 2018 as an Asylum Officer where he adjudicated asylum cases and from 2018 to 2020 was employed as an Associate Immigration Attorney at the Matian Firm in Los Angeles, California where he engaged in appeals to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the reopening of closed cases to apply for adjustment of status. As an attorney at Abusharar & Associates, he is engaged in litigation against the federal government to compel it to provide immigration remedies that are overdue on behalf of individual applicants.

He is married with 2 children and resides in Orange County, California.

Represents clients exclusively in the specialized field of Immigration Law. She has been practiced law since 2009, and has a background working with a wide range of clients from all over the world. She is particularly experienced in EB-5, L-1A, and EB1-C application. She has successfully represented thousands clients with USCIS and at US Consulates worldwide. Ms. Liu earned her JD Degree from Florida A&M University, College of Law. 

Ms. Liu has significant knowledge in all aspects of the petitioning process on various forms of business/employment visas and can help in analyzing all available options, depending on each client’s goals. She prides herself in ensuring that all options are considered carefully and thoroughly, in order to confidently advise the clients.
